Our aim at IRO is to reduce the stress and the time our clients spend on translating health and safety requirements into a workable solution to allow them to concentrate on looking after the operational needs of their business.

Beatrice Aciro - MSc, CMIOSH
PRINCIPAL CONSULTANT
Meet Beatrice, one of our principal consultants with over 25 years of practice in H&S.
She has managed, advised, trained, developed policies and procedures, promoted H&S, audited and inspected, investigated accidents and incidents in both public and private sector organisations.
Having introduced and implemented a number of systems to improve H&S cultures and outputs in these organisations – Beatrice is a powerhouse of knowledge and expertise.
As a H&S professional she enjoys making a difference in people’s lives and believes that every person being it in the workplace, school or home has the right to be safe and protected in line with H&S guidelines, policies and procedures.
With a Master’s degree & NEBOSH in Occupational Safety and Health, Beatrice is also a qualified CIPD trainer and a chartered member of IOSH.
